Terms and Conditions:

By booking and/or staying at Laurel Park Campsite you are accepting all of our terms and conditions, so please be sure you understand what you are agreeing to!  😉  Please download and read the Campsite Rules and Disclaimer document at the bottom of this page and bring a copy with you for reference during your stay. It contains the site map and handy information about Laurel Park. This document will be updated as necessary.

If you have requested a specific pitch, we will always do our upmost to ensure you retain that pitch. However, we cannot guarantee this as there are sometimes other factors that need to be taken into account, which may result in the necessary movement of allocated pitches. Likewise with group bookings - we will always do our best to keep you together, but we cannot guarantee this.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
  • Please do not arrive at Laurel Park if you are displaying symptoms of COVID.

  • If you develop symptoms whilst at Laurel Park, you agree to vacate the site and inform us.

Payment Terms:

Booking:

Bookings can be made direct with us via our website booking system, or by email or telephone. Please note that your pitch is not properly secured until your deposit has been paid and you've received subsequent confirmation from us. Please feel free to contact us if you want to check your booking is secured.

Deposit:

A 15% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Balance:

The 85% balance for your stay is due at least 1 week prior to arrival. If you are paying by bank transfer, please inform us once the payment has been made so that we can check and confirm receipt to you. Please note, if we do not receive your balance payment 1 week prior to arrival, we may interpret this as a cancellation and may re-let your pitch(es).

Cancellation / Changes:

Any time up to 1 week prior to arrival, you can change your booking to an alternative date (subject to availability) or cancel your booking, receiving 85% of the total balance as a refund.  After this time (i.e. after midday, 7 days prior to your booked arrival date) your booking cannot be moved to alternative dates and cancellations will not be eligible for any refund.
